and quality purchase. Therefore, we opt for a simple return policy that always
benefits you.

Remember that you have 30 days from the receipt of the product to return or
exchange it (which extends the legal minimum of 14 days). If you are not
satisfied with your choice or it does not meet your expectations, please contact
us and we will solve the problem. You can exchange it for another item or we
will refund your money (this money-back guarantee is only valid for purchases
in the online shop). In addition, you can manage your orders and returns
yourself through "My Account".

In case of a return without a justifiable reason (exercise of the right of
withdrawal), the customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the
goods, which are fixed at a flat rate of 10 €.

To receive a full refund, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, and
preferable with its original packaging. If the product is returned without its
original packaging or shows signs of wear beyond mere testing, the good may
suffer a depreciation, which will be deducted from your refund. Once its
condition has been checked, we will reimburse your purchase using the same
means of payment as the original transaction.

WARRANTY

In the event of a defective product or lack of conformity, TRAX BIKE undertakes
to repair or replace it free of charge, or apply the corresponding price reduction
or contract termination, in accordance with the law.
