How much weight can TRAX products tow?
The maximum towing weights are as follows:
TRAX PRO: 130 kg – 265 lbs
TRAX FLEX: 200 kg – 450 lbs
Can TRAX PRO and TRAX FLEX be used on the flat?
Yes, our products can be used both uphill and downhill. The only risk when using them on the flat is when braking.
When braking, whoever is being towed must have a good knowledge of braking and there must be good communication between the 2 users to avoid collisions between them.
It’s as easy as starting slowly and taking few risks and you will soon get used to it and it will become an essential accessory!
Can I tow my bike if it doesn't have screws in the stem?
Yes, simply place a thick clamp on the stem of the bike you want to tow to connect it to the TRAX PRO cable.
Can it be installed on the seat rails?
Both TRAX PRO and TRAX FLEX can be installed anywhere on the bike, both are very versatile.
Can it be installed on telescopic seatposts?
Yes, as long as it is placed on the fixed part of the seat post, as low as possible.
Can it be used with carbon seatposts?
In this case, we cannot fully guarantee that TRAX will not cause damage to the trailer bike. However, if the seatpost is properly attached to the frame and the TRAX is positioned as low as possible, it is unlikely to cause damage to the frame.
Can I use TRAX products on kids bikes (20”/24”)?
Absolutely, as long as it’s placed correctly.
Can TRAX products be used with an e-bike?
Yes! TRAX PRO and TRAX FLEX are products designed specifically for electric and normal bicycles.
Does it fit a 34.9 mm seatpost?
TRAX PRO and TRAX FLEX can be used with all bikes.

What is the price of TRAX products?
TRAX currently has two devices for towing bicycles. Their prices are as follows:

Do you ship TRAX products anywhere in the world?
Yes, we deliver our products all over the world.
When will I get my TRAX?
You will receive your TRAX in 3-5 days for shipments to the EU, and 8-12 days for worlwide shipments (10€). If you want to get it faster, you can select the “Express” option. You will get it in 2-3 days (with an additional cost of 10€) if you’re in the EU or in 3-5 (plus 20€) in the other countries.
Warranty & Returns
Does TRAX have a warranty?
Yes. All TRAX products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. If your product has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use. If you notice a defect, you should contact us within 2 months of discovering the issue.
What if I receive a defective product?
If your product is defective due to a manufacturing fault, contact our customer support team. We will inspect the issue and, if covered by the warranty, repair or replace the product at no cost.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it if it doesn't meet your expectations. You may exchange it for another item or request a refund for purchases made through our online store.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns that are not due to a product defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your returned product, your refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
