It all started in 2018 in Barcelona on an MTB route together, normal, as always… That day we realised that the time we spent together practicing sport in the open air filled us with positivity and experiences that we would never forget…
This feeling made us miss a system to share this experience with the people we love the most in the world and that until now we had not thought that they could share this with us for lack of experience or fitness… Daughters, sons, fathers, mothers, friends?
Well, here we are, a dream come true. We are Mercè and Guillem and we are delighted to be able to contribute our grain of sand to the mission that outdoor sport is within everyone’s reach and that these good moments can be shared with the ones we love the most. We hope you all can enjoy our products as much as we enjoy using them and also making this project a reality.
The TRAX BIKE SOLUTIONS team designs, develops and tests our products with care and engineering expertise, we make all parts with the best local manufacturers available and we check every single product personally and one by one.
But above all, we do it all from a passion for outdoor sports and the desire to share these rich moments of life with our loved ones.

If anyway, somehow you get a faulty product, don’t panic. Here you have our clear warranty policy:
We are very strict in our quality controls, but sometimes things can go wrong. If you somehow get a faulty product, even months after installation send us an email, and we’ll find the solution. Yes, we work for a 100% satisfaction ratio.
If you ordered the wrong product, or the product is not what expected, don’t worry. Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, and your money given back.
No items may be returned after 30 days (unless the product is faulty). Returns must be in new and unused condition, with the original packaging, labels, and manufacture tags attached.
Customer will pay the shipping for the returned item. You are responsible if the item does not arrive to our facility, so we hardly recommend to use a tracking shipping option if you need to return any product.
